This campout introduced a lot of kids to our Troop. They had to be split into two different patrols. We all loved getting to meet them and they did many new things. They set up tents with help from older scouts, went on a hike around Camp Long Lake, got their totin' chips, and made a lot of new friends in our Troop. 

The weather has been known for rain, cold, and clouds. This year, we had the surprise of having sun and warmth for the whole weekend. It was great, but I think we were all a little sad to break the bad weather tradition.
