Troop 71 Boy Scouts will submit their fundraising orders online via our troop website www.MyTroop71.org by Sunday, October 12th, 2014.
Please follow the steps below to ensure that your order is accurately submitted to the fundraising chairs and that your customers are satisfied with order accuracy and timeliness.
1. Calculate the total quantity of each product item you need to fulfill your customer orders by down totting all of the columns on your forms. * Ensure that your cross-totals are completed accurately ("total items" and "amount due") and down totaled - these will serve as a cross check to your column totals (the sum of your column totals across should equal the sum of the "total items" column down).
* The amount due totals will tell you how much you need to collect from each customer as well as the total you need to submit to Troop 71 by December 1st.
2. When you are satisfied that your forms are totaled correctly, click on the link below to separately enter the order details for popcorn, coffee, and wreaths.
3. Enter your name and email address. Your email address will be used to email back to you the total amount due on December 1st.
4. For each item in your order form, enter the total quantity in the box online. As some products have a similar description, please pay attention to the product description and the value noted in the description online.
5. Double check - compare again the totals on your forms to the totals as entered online.
6. When you are satisfied that your inputs are correct, press SUBMIT at the end of the online form.
